Bali Study Abroad Program - 2024

Overview

“Bāli Study Abroad Program” is a 12 day Samskritam intensive program for Samskritam enthusiasts to immerse themselves in a cultural experience in the island paradise of Bāli, Indonesia. This program is facilitated by the joint efforts of Samskrita Bharati, Indonesia and the Division of Youth Education and Engagement of Samskrita Bharati USA.

The 12-day program starts on Wednesday June 19th and ends on Sunday June 30th (both days inclusive). The 12 day immersion program is an amalgamation of Samskritam learning and cultural studies through visits to temples,villages, traditional dances, beaches and ashrams in the culturally rich island of Bāli . The program will be taught by experienced Samskrita Bharati teachers in Bāli along with guest lectures by the faculty of Bāli Hindu University. Medium of teaching will be a combination of Samskritam and English.

Registration fees - $650 per person (includes lodging, boarding, teaching  and all the extracurricular activities). 

Travel arrangement from the US to Bāli - responsibility of registrants.

Prerequisites:

Age 28 or below University students or Working Professionals. University students entering as freshmen in college as of August 2024 are eligible. Prior samskritam knowledge is not required."
