Liability Waiver: I agree to hold Samskrita Bharati USA (SBUSA) harmless from any liability and release SBUSA from all claims.

Media Consent: I understand that photos and videos may be taken during classes, events, and activities in the Samskrita-kendram. Such media is used only for teacher training, tracking quality of instructions in our classrooms, outreach, and community engagement to promote spoken Samskritam and SBUSA activities in the larger community. Children's Class Attendance and Homework Policy: To progress to the next level, children must maintain at least 80% attendance and complete and submit at least 80% of their assigned homework.

To ensure that our children learn Samskritam ucchaaraNam and sambhAShaNam (speaking) skills, we require that they submit short HW videos each week into the Schoology portal.

•  I give permission for my child to submit the required HW video submissions. 

Only engaged parents can support children as they continue on their Samskritam learning journey. We need parent support! The easiest way is for parents to log into & link themselves to their children's Schoology account and make sure children are submitting their HW, assignments, & projects.

• I agree to link with my child's Schoology account, monitor my child's progress, and support my child as needed to submit all required weekly HW, assignments, and projects.
