The Samskrita-kendram in Austin, TX  is open for registering children and adults. 

Learn to converse in simple Samskritam with a formal structured curriculum in a fun filled interactive environment.

When? What are the dates and timings?

Children/Adults: September 6, 2025 – May 16, 2026 Saturdays, 10:45 AM – 12:30 PM

Common Assembly: 10:45 – 10:55 AM

Class Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (90 minutes)

Chinmaya Mission Austin 12825 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78727

Who can register?

Children from grades K to grades 8th are eligible to enroll. Parents and other adults are also encouraged to join the Kendram. Adults who registered are expected to know at least one Indian language, since the teaching methodology leverages Sanskrit vocabulary from other Indian languages.

Does the registration fee include books?

No, books are not included and must be purchased separately. They can be bought directly at the Kendram during the first few weeks of classes.
